PGMA is not in good terms with most if not all the main proponents of EDSA I namely, former Presidents Cory Aquino and FVR. 2. The alleged murderers of former Senator Ninoy Aquino have been released from jail after serving more than 15 years in prison. Ninoy's death is one of the reasons why we had EDSA I and as such, PGMA's government would want to lessen the possibility of mass protests and rallies that may be organized during the holiday. 3. I will accept the reasoning given by Malacanang regarding the number of long weekends that we'll have this year. Seems fair enough.. 4. PGMA wants happy Businessmen.. She needs all the support she can get as the economy is about to crash as low as her ever dropping popularity.
