This season of American Idol has been all about Adam Lambert. He has been consistently praised by the judges since day 1.

But for this season, Kris Allen is leading in the votes according to DialIdol’s charts. From American Idol seasons 4 to 7, DialIdol has accurately predicted all winners of the show. But the results are still too close to call.

Kris Allen, the guy next door acoustic rocker sang Ain’t No Sunshine by Bill Withers for Round 1. He played the piano and sang great. For Round 2, Kris Allen sang What’s Goin’ On by Marvin Gaye. He played the guitar with percussion guys accompanying him on stage. For Round 3, Kris Allen sang No Boundaries.

Adam Lambert, the guy liner glam rocker sang Mad World by Tears for Fears for Round 1. For Round 2, he sang A Change is Gonna Come by Sam Cooke. For Round 3, he sang No Boundaries.
