Ana “Hurricane” Julaton wins WBO Super Bantamweight title

Ana Julaton has been an amateur boxer for 3 years. Her three-year amateur stint had been a blast for her and the legions of Bay Area boxing fanatics who consider her one of the prettiest sights in boxing gear west of the Mississippi.

When she entered professional boxing last October 6, 2007, she had won the following world titles:

September 12, 2009 – Ana Julaton vs Kelsey Jeffries at HP Pavilion, San Jose, California, U.S
IBA Super Bantamweight
= Won MD (Majorty Decision) 10th round

December 4, 2009 – Ana Julaton vsĀ  Donna Biggers at HP Pavilion, San Jose, California, U.S
WBO Super Bantamweight
= Won UD (Unanimous Decision) 10th round

She conquered a 3 time World Champion who had more than 40 victories and only two losses in past 8 years. The woman she conquered is arguably one of the best in the history of the game.
