Dell wins CXO’s Choice as Overall Best Laptop Brand
Last year, Dell got the Overall Best Laptop award and they got it again this year!
According to Frost & Sullivan’s independent research 2008, Dell was voted as the number one choice for Notebook PCs, by nearly one-third (31 percent) of the European CXOs surveyed. Its nearest competitor, Lenovo, got only 19 percent. The objective of this survey, is to measure the preferences of Notebook PCs among European CXOs, specifically, C-level Executives (i.e., CEOs, CIOs, CFOs, etc.), Company Presidents, and other executive decision makers. Various features were rated such as customer service, quality, reliability, durability, etc. According to some trends, a Notebook PC that receives a Choice Award would likely influence which brand CXOs would use in the future.
