Netizen Seeking Help for Co-Worker's Sick Baby Allegedly Gets Insulted by PCSO Employee on Facebook

A certain Margauxe Bravante's online rant went viral after PCSO allegedly insulted her.

Bravante sent the Facebook page of PCSO Financial Assistance a message seeking help for her co-worker's baby whose bill has skyrocketed to about P250,000 and is still in the hospital as of the time it was posted.

However, to her surprise, the account handler insulted her by telling her off, saying the family of the baby should be the one asking for help instead of her.

Bravante took her outrage about the predicament to Facebook. The netizen expressed her dismay at being treated badly by a page that claims to represent the government's Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office.

However, some netizens also took notice of the page's number of followers claiming that it may be a spurious account.

Another netizen commented by posting a photo showing a screenshot of his conversation with the same page wherein the account even called him "gago" for asking if the page is a hoax.

Although there is still no confirmation or statement from PCSO about the issue, there is a very high chance that the account may be a fraud.

Other netizens suggested ways to reach PCSO's offices in order to get the child proper medical assistance. [Source: TNP]
